After getting married and having children, so many women seem to lose sight of what really drives them and tend to put themselves last on the list. There is often no more to give. The more you do for your loved ones, the more acceptable it seems to let yourself go. But now is the time to LIVE, not just exist. Don’t let your self image suffer, you need to nurture yourself both inside and out. If you think about it, if you aren’t taking care of YOU, who is?

Wouldn’t it be great to have it all? A happy family, a successful career, and a great self-image. The challenge for most of us comes when our dreams don’t manifest quite the way we imagined. The struggles of life bear down on us and take its toll. Our self image suffers, both on the outside with our appearance, but more importantly, inside where it really counts.

But, you know what? It is entirely possible to have it all…even with the challenges that you face on a day to day basis. I speak from experience. One of my biggest challenges is that I have Type 1 diabetes. It’s a daily fight, but one that I face head on and absolutely refuse to feel bad for myself. Instead, I use the disease to help educate others and to get involved with the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation whenever I can. Being charitable feeds MY soul.

Before motherhood, back when I was a publicist, celebrity stylist and marketing guru living in NYC, I always felt confident about my image – even when everyone around me was incredibly glamorous. I loved working with high-profile celebrity clients. I met interesting people and learned fantastic beauty and style secrets. I got fabulous swag bags too, but once I left that lifestyle and had a family to raise, I had to discover new skincare and makeup items all on my own (Trust me, it’s hard when you were lucky enough to have it all just given to you for years and years!). These discoveries, along with fashion fixers, health and fitness products, and sensational services are shared here for you in my blog so that you don’t have to shop around. I only recommend what I truly believe in and have tried. Just like me, it’s all real.

I wanted to bring my creativity and style expertise to the hardworking moms who needed it. So, as a mompreneur, I created a patented product called Belly Ups (bellyups.com) which holds women’s low-rise pants and leggings up. I also developed, directed and produced the multi award-winning Baby Road Trip video series. And, now, I’ve turned my focus to writing, speaking, and consulting.

As one of the nation’s most sought after lifestyle coaches, I’ve seen it all. My clients tell me about their frazzled schedules, the feeling of being pulled in too many directions, and the deep longing for some “me time”. They need image overhauls, health and fitness plans and sometimes they even need someone to come in and rip apart their closet to help them “start over”. They crave direction, focus and a little push to get them going in the right direction. That’s what I do.
