Welcome to Be You Only Better! My name is Laura Kronen and I am dedicated to motivating and empowering you to achieve what you have only dreamed of. Together we can orchestrate and execute a plan that will result in more meaningful relationships, accomplishments and rewarding goals.  Perhaps you want to build a business from the ground up, improve your confidence and self esteem, find your inner passions, or improve your relationships with loved ones –life coaching is the most effective way to go about that. But I am not your typical life coach. Sugar coating and cheerleading is not my style.  Boot camp realism is.

I’ve seen it all. My clients tell me about their frazzled schedules, the feeling of being pulled in too many directions, and the deep longing for some me time. They need life overhauls, health and fitness plans and sometimes they even need someone to come in and rip apart their life to help them “start over”. They crave direction, focus and a push (or a shove)  to get them going down the right path. That’s what I do.

As an entrepreneur, I’ve been honored to be featured on Inc. Magazine.com as one of their Top Ten Entrepreneurs of the Year as well as in countless other media outlets. I created a patented product called Belly Ups (www.bellyups.com) which holds women’s low-rise pants and leggings up. I also developed, directed and produced the multi award-winning Baby Road Trip video series. And, now, I’ve turned my focus to writing, and consulting.
