A week of resolutions for the body and soul

drinking-waterEvery day this week is a new resolution.  No matter your size or shape, there is always something you can do to feel even better about yourself. And resolutions don’t have to be so specific (i.e. lose ten pounds). It is those kind of resolutions that often fail.  Instead try to make life changes – and here is today’s – and you have heard it a zillion times before….Drink more water. At least 8 glasses a day. Take a water bottle with you, everywhere you go, and keep refilling it.  It is the best thing you can do for your skin (it will look more radiant) and your body (it helps combat ailments, reduces hunger and enhances fat loss). That’s plenty of reasons right there.  Drink up!
