Pure Barre – The Fastest Way to Change Your Body

I am always up for something new. So when my tennis partner mentioned an exercise class that she took recently where she didn’t sweat much, but her muscles were shaking like crazy, I had to learn more.

This workout is called Pure Barre and it is the fastest, most effective way to change the shape of your body. Using small isometric movements at the ballet barre set to motivating music, Pure Barre lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs and arms and burns fat in record breaking time. They say clients see results in just 10 classes but I just finished my 6th and my abs are much tighter and my thighs more toned than they were 2 weeks ago.  I have always worked out daily in the past, but somehow this is just different.

Pure Barre has been called, intelligent exercise. The one-of-a-kind technique protects your joints, as it does not involve any bouncing or jumping.
